Child Safety Policy and CSAE Standards
Last updated: 1 September 2026
Published by Kamna Creations Private Limited, operator of CommuneWorld. This document sets out our Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) standards, published in compliance with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy, the Apple App Store Review Guidelines, and Indian law.
1. Our position
CommuneWorld has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Child sexual abuse material, the sexualisation of minors, grooming, sexual extortion and trafficking are absolutely prohibited. There is no context, no artistic exception and no first-offence warning. An account found engaging in any of it is banned permanently and reported to the authorities.
CommuneWorld is an adults-only platform for persons aged 18 or over. Minors may not create or hold an account under any circumstance, including with a parent's permission.
2. What is prohibited
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — creating, uploading, sending, requesting, linking to or storing any sexual depiction of a minor. This includes AI-generated and entirely synthetic material. That no real child was photographed is not a defence.
Sexualisation of minors — presenting anyone under 18 in a sexualised way, explicit or not, including in fiction or roleplay.
Grooming — befriending a minor with sexual intent, normalising sexual conversation, offering money, gifts or credits for contact, or moving a minor to a private channel.
Sextortion — coercing a minor into producing intimate imagery, or threatening to release it.
Trafficking and solicitation of a minor for sexual purposes.
Underage accounts — holding an account while under 18, or helping a minor to register.
Impersonating a minor, including as roleplay. This is treated as a child safety signal and actioned as such.
3. How we keep minors off the platform
CommuneWorld does not rely on a self-declared birthday. Every member must complete identity verification against government-issued documents before registration is accepted.
Aadhaar verification through DigiLocker. You sign in to DigiLocker yourself and consent there. UIDAI returns the date of birth it holds — a national identity authority's record, not your claim.
The UIDAI date of birth is cross-checked exactly against the date you submitted. A mismatch of a single day fails the check and blocks registration.
Face liveness and face matching confirm a real, present person is registering and match them against the document photograph and the UIDAI photograph, so a minor cannot register on a borrowed adult identity.
Post-registration age signals. Where a profile, photograph or message suggests a member may be under 18, the account is suspended pending review — not left active while we investigate.
4. How we detect prohibited content
Every image and video uploaded to CommuneWorld is scanned automatically using Amazon Rekognition content moderation. Flagged media is held for human review. This cannot be turned off by a member.
When a moderation action is taken we store a snapshot of the content that caused it. The snapshot survives the member deleting the original — an offender cannot destroy the evidence against them. Clearing a conversation does not remove reported messages from moderation review.
5. How to report
Report any message directly from the chat.
Report any post, story, broadcast or profile from the content itself.
Block any member instantly, without review and without explaining yourself.
Raise a support ticket with evidence attached. Tickets concerning a minor are prioritised.
You do not need an account to report a child safety concern. Write to communeworld01@gmail.com. Parents, guardians, teachers and members of the public can report to us directly.
Do not download, save or forward suspected child sexual abuse material, including to us. Possessing or transmitting it is a criminal offence even when you intend to report it. Tell us where it is; do not send it.
We do not tell a reported member who reported them.
6. How we respond
Report | First response | Action |
|---|---|---|
Suspected CSAM | Immediate | Content removed and account suspended on receipt, before review completes |
Grooming or contact with a minor | Within 24 hours | Account suspended pending investigation |
Suspected underage account | Within 24 hours | Suspended pending age re-verification |
Content unlawful under Indian law | Within 36 hours | Removed, per the IT Rules 2021 |
Other grievances | Acknowledged in 24 hours | Resolved within 15 days |
We suspend first and investigate afterwards on any credible child safety report. We accept that this will occasionally suspend an innocent account. That cost is smaller than leaving a predator active while we deliberate, and we have chosen it consciously.
Consequences include permanent banning with no ordinary appeal path, forfeiture of credits and pending balances connected to the activity, blocking of the verified identity from re-registering, and preservation of all evidence for law enforcement.
7. Reporting to authorities
Where we identify apparent child sexual abuse material or the exploitation of a minor we report it without waiting for a legal request and without notifying the account holder, to the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal (cybercrime.gov.in), the police having jurisdiction, and NCMEC where applicable. We preserve the associated data even where the account holder has requested deletion. A deletion request does not erase a child safety investigation.
8. If you are a parent or guardian
If you believe someone under 18 has an account, write to communeworld01@gmail.com with the account name or phone number. We will suspend it while we investigate. You do not need to prove your identity first — we would rather act on an unverified report than wait. If a child is in immediate danger, call the police on 112 before contacting us.
9. If you are a child or young person
CommuneWorld is not for you, and that is not a punishment. If an adult here or anywhere else has asked you for photographs, asked to meet you, or sent you sexual content: you have done nothing wrong and it is not your fault. Tell an adult you trust. Call CHILDLINE India on 1098, free, at any hour. In an emergency call 112. You will not be in trouble with us for reporting something.
10. Helplines

11. Legal framework

A child means a person under 18, consistent with the POCSO Act. We also comply with the Google Play Child Safety Standards policy and Apple App Store Review Guidelines 1.1.4, 1.2 and 5.1.4.
